INSTRUCTIONS

1, Push your hair back off your forehead. If hair gets between the mask and your skin, it will prevent a seal and allow the water to leak in.
2,Grasp the hard rim of the mask and place it against your face.
3, When the mask in place, stretch the head strap over the back of your head. Adjust the tension of the head strap until comfortable fit is achieved. Do not force the head strap through by over stretching or this may result in breakage. Ensure the seal is free from your hair which may cause the mask to leak.
